Churchill Cup
International Rugby is coming to Colorado this summer as USA Rugby hosts the Churchill Cup throughout June in the Denver Metro area. This year will see the U.S. Eagles, Canada, England Saxons, Ireland A, Argentina and Georgia all compete in Pool Play Doubleheaders at Infinity Park in Glendale on June 6, 10 and 14, before a triple-header finals day is played at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City. Women's CanAm - International Rugby Test Match
USA Rugby's Women's National Team (WNT) will take on Rugby Canada this summer in Glendale's Infinity Park. First up is USA A vs Canada A, kicking off at 6pm on Tuesday, June 23rd. This match will be a great opportunity for up and coming players from both programs to step up to the plate and test themselves against international opposition. The highlight match will be USA vs Canada at 6pm on Saturday, June 27th. The longtime rivals will battle it out as they each take the next step in preparation for the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup. The National U19 Girls LAU (Local Area Union) tournament is an event that has teams from all of the country traveling to play once a year. Wisconsin, Oregon, California, and even a team from Canada. To start off our summer event series, Inifinity Park has the honor once again to host the Men's Club Championships! With a recent announcement from USA Rugby, the Glendale Rugby Stadium is stepping into the spotlight once again.
